Who I am

My name is Fabio Dotti, I am a young boy, but practically always with a mustache. Curious and enterprising by nature, passionate and drinker of Gin with a story to tell. Master of the Art of the Cafeteria by profession and Italian Champion of coffee tasting. Thanks to my training and my sensitivity in tasting, I decided to pursue this new challenge and to bring my idea of Gin into life.
